These are all sites that I regularly visit... you should too, because I say so. That, and they deserve what miniscule bump in the search engine ratings this page will provide. In no particular order:

Homestar Runner – A web cartoon that's impossible to describe in words, you'll just have to see it for yourself. Also, check out Strong Bad's Cool Game for Attractive People (but you can play too!).
Homestar Runner Wiki – A fan site for Homestar Runner. They know everything there is to know about Homestar. Everything. Seriously, I sometimes get scared by how much they know about it, and I help run the place.
Kingdom of Loathing – Simply the best online multiplayer role-playing game that involves stick figures and comedy.
Order of the Stick – funny D&D parody comic, with possibly the best-drawn and most emotive stick figures I've seen.
xkcd – For some reason I guess I just like stick figures, or at least people who use them well. Another comic, covering ground everywhere from mathematics, to belief, to romance, to politics, to linguistics... and being generally funny wherever it goes.
Loading Ready Run – Internet video sketch comedy troupe. Extremely hilarious. Also worth mentioning: Desert Bus for Hope, an annual event for which these guys play the most boring game ever made 24/7 to raise money for charity.
